The Services are provided by Centaur Labs OÜ ("Aesthetic Hermetics", "us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. Your access to and use of the Services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SERVICES: Our Services include digital downloads, newsletters and tarot readings, which are delivered in a digital format. This can take the form of written readings, photographs, files, or links, which will all be delivered via email or via Gumroad platform. No physical product will be shipped or delivered. We make no guarantee about the accuracy or relevance of the Services. You agree to use the Services at your own risk.
PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT: We expect all our clients to maintain a high level of respect and professionalism while interacting with us or using our Services. If a client is found to be acting in an unprofessional or disrespectful manner, including but not limited to using foul language, accusations, harassment, or intimidation, we reserve the right to terminate the communication and services immediately without any obligation or liability.
DISCLAIMER: The Services provided do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice. The Services should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. We are not responsible for any decisions made by you as a result of a reading or the use of our Services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit damages arising from your use of the Services.
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of your satisfaction with the Services.
